This program is designed to fine tune your training and provide skin splitting pumps and mass on the scale. This is the perfect program for the off-season and targets the muscles that give you that X-Frame shape.
This program utilizes what we call “Set Intensifiers” in the form called FST-7 the seven refers to the seven sets performed for the final exercise of a target body part. Great for warm ups and finishers. Most of these will utilize machines for safety when fatigued.
